Las ventas de PS4 siguen viento en popa y a toda vela. De momento, en 2013 vendió 4,2 millones de consolas frente a los 3 millones de su principal competidora, Xbox One, y ahora Sony confirma que superada la marca de los 6 millones de unidades en todo el mundo (incluidas las 370.000 que lleva vendidas en Japón desde su lanzamiento hace menos de dos semanas) han adelantado también a Wii U, que lleva en el mercado más de un año.También se saben cifras de ventas de juegos, donde se han vendido ya 13,7 millones de copias tanto en formato físico como digital. Pero quizá lo más llamativo es que la consola más vendida de diciembre en Norteamérica fuese Xbox One de Microsoft, que juega en casa y viene de ganar allí la batalla por la anterior generación, pero poco después cambiasen las tornas y PS4 se alzase como la más vendida del mes de enero.
